Specialized units are normally housed in a white powder coated aluminum housing but other options of colour or materials like stainless steel are available upon request.
These units support full air prep systems that filter and dry the air to laboratory standards prior to entering the O3 generators allowing better O3 outputs from lower flow rates. This essentially gives you greater concentration on the output.
Another great part of the design is reliability of components used ensuring minimal costs are incurred to run these systems. Scheduled annual maintenance is limited to the quick replacement of the cheap in line filters allowing the system to continue to function with minimum down time.
The internal electrical wiring supports the highest electrical standards and all units are fitted as default with their own earth leakage system as an added safety feature to prevent electrical shock.
Options of contacting tanks and off-gas systems can also be offered to complement the solution.
